Job Description Marketing Assistant /n Award winning London Chambers is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant with a genuine interest in developing a career in marketing and business development within the legal sector. /n What’s On Offer: /n /n - Salary to £35,000 /n - 09:30-17:00 working hours + hybrid working /n - Applicants must be available to start end of August 2026 /n /n Marketing Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing: /n /n - Supporting the delivery of Chambers' marketing and business development strategy across a range of initiatives /n - Liaising with barristers, practice managers, clients and external suppliers /n - Producing CRM, business development and financial reports to monitor activity and support management decision-making /n - Coordinating business development projects, including speaking opportunities, seminars, webinars and email marketing campaigns /n - Planning and delivering client events, from venue sourcing and invitations to post-event analysis /n - Assisting with the creation and production of marketing materials, working with external suppliers where required /n - Supporting Chambers' LinkedIn presence and other digital marketing activities /n - Assisting with submissions to leading legal directories, including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 /n - Managing CRM email campaigns, monitoring engagement and producing performance reports /n /n Marketing Assistant – What We’re Looking For: /n /n - Applicants must be available to start immediately or at very short notice /n - 1 year of relevant Marketing / Business Development experience is preferred /n - Strong writing skills, editing ability, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) will be required for this role /n - Experience with CRM systems or email marketing platforms would be an advantage /n
