Registered Nursing Home Manager

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong operator with a proven track record of managing high-quality nursing and residential care services. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical performance of both services. Maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance. Lead, motivate and develop established care teams. Oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and quality assurance. Manage staffing, budgets, occupancy and overall commercial performance. Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.Essential Requirements RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN. Significant experience managing elderly nursing or residential care services. Proven track record of managing Good CQC-rated homes. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance. Good career longevity and stability within previous roles. Strong leadership, operational and commercial skills.Benefits Salary £70,000 - £80,000. Support from an experienced senior leadership team.
