The role

Working as part of an experienced kitchen team, you’ll take responsibility for your section and play an important part in delivering consistently high standards throughout service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Taking ownership of your section during preparation and service
• Ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained
• Keeping your section organised, clean and well prepared
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting effective stock control
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
