Private Client Solicitor - 2+ Years PQE Aberdeen | £DOE | Full Time | Hybrid Working Avenue Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Scottish legal practice to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor for their Aberdeen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is passionate about Private Client work and looking to join a supportive, collaborative team where they can continue to develop their expertise and progress their career. The successful candidate will manage a varied Private Client caseload, working closely with individuals, trustees and executors and providing high-quality, practical advice across a broad range of matters. The role will include: Advising clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney and lifetime planning Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney Providing succession planning and asset protection advice Advising on tax mitigation matters Handling the administration of executry and trust estates Managing your own caseload while maintaining a high standard of client care Building strong, long-term relationships with clients Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting less experienced members of the team where appropriate What we're looking for: Applicants must be qualified in Scots Law and have previous experience working within Private Client.
