Remuneration: £28,000 - £35,000 + £5,700 - £7,000 bonus

The role of the Operations & Maintenance Supervisor – Plant Machinery will involve:
· Plant Operations & Maintenance Supervisor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products
· Supervise and lead the plant team, allocating daily tasks and ensuring production targets are achieved
· Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and carry out hands-on mechanical repairs and servicing
· Fault-find and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimise downtime
· Oversee the safe operation, processing and maintenance of heavy plant and GRP processing equipment
· Drive improvements in plant reliability, efficiency, safety, quality and production throughput
The ideal applicant will be a Operations & Maintenance Supervisor – Plant Machinery with:
Must have experience in a mechanical, engineering or maintenance of large scale plant machinery
Must have experience managing/supervising teams
Ideally have experience with GRP or other abrasive materials
NEBSOSH or othersafety qualifications would be highly advantageous
Project led with an ability to think laterally
Strong attention to detail
