Freelance Assistant Site Manager – Planned Maintenance Location: London Rate: £240–£270 per day CIS Contract: Freelance We’re working with an established contractor specialising in social housing, planned maintenance and external refurbishment across London. They’re looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale external planned maintenance programmes, including external decorations, minor works, roof maintenance and repairs. You’ll assist with managing subcontractors and site teams, monitoring progress and quality, maintaining health & safety standards, and liaising with clients and residents. Experience within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment is highly desirable, particularly on larger programmes of 400–2,000 properties. £240–£270 CIS | Harlow | Freelance | Long-term opportunity
