Experience working to sous Chef level in fresh food, busy kitchens
experience working with Italian/Mediterranean cuisine preferred but not essential
Ability to deliver fresh food to high standards.
Ability to cope well under pressure.
Be a strong and approachable leader to the team, responsible for motivating and ongoing training.
Excellent personality and drive.
