As a Kitchen Team Member at a franchise fast food establishment, you will help prepare and cook food to company standards, ensuring orders are produced quickly, accurately and safely. You will work as part of a fast-paced team, supporting daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and quality. Key Responsibilities As Kitchen Team Member Prepare and cook food to company standards Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen Support food preparation, cooking and cleaning tasks Work efficiently during busy service periods Assist managers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations Complete all required training and follow company procedures What We're Looking For In A Kitchen Team Member Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual and hardworking Commitment to maintaining quality and cleanliness standards No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. Hours of Work & Pay Full-Time: 48 hours per week Part-Time: 18 to 24 hours per week Shifts may include evenings and weekends Pay rate: National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, depending on age and eligibility Why Join Us?
