Fire Extinguisher Engineer- Southwest London- £26,500+ Basic Salary + Commission + Overtime * Basic salary from £26,500 + Commission (flexible for the right candidate) * Overtime paid when required * Company vehicle provided * No call-out rota * Supportive and inclusive working environment * Long-term career opportunity with an established fire safety business * Ideally you will be based within easy reach of areas such as Twickenham,Slough, Staines, Croydon or elsewhere across South West London Fire Extinguisher Engineer Role Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Extinguisher Engineer to join a well-established and growing fire safety company covering Southwest London. This is predominantly a fire extinguisher servicing role, with the opportunity to carry out basic testing and servicing of emergency lighting and fire alarm systems where required.You'll work across a varied commercial customer base, delivering a high standard of service while building strong client relationships. Fire Extinguisher Engineer Role & Responsibilities * Service, maintain and inspect portable fire extinguishers in accordance with current British Standards. * Carry out basic testing and servicing of emergency lighting and fire alarm systems where required. * Complete all relevant service documentation accurately and efficiently. * Identify defects and recommend remedial works where appropriate. * Provide excellent customer service whilst representing the company on client sites. * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures. * Travel to commercial customer sites across South West London, with occasional travel across Greater London. * Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment. Fire Extinguisher Engineer Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience servicing and maintaining portable fire extinguishers. * Experience testing or servicing emergency lighting and/or fire alarm systems would be advantageous. * Good knowledge of current fire safety standards and industry best practices. * Full UK Driving Licence * Able to successfully complete a DBS check * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Reliable, organised and able to work independently * BAFE Don’t Miss out on this great opportunity- Apply Now Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
