Project Manager

Project Manager Permanent, Full Time UK Wide | Regular UK travel Are you a Project Manager with 5+ years' experience delivering energy projects? Do you have a strong background in power generation, particularly reciprocating engines? Do you hold an HNC/HND or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering? What's in it for you? Manage projects from initial development through to successful completion Take responsibility for project delivery, costs, profitability and customer satisfaction Manage engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities Coordinate mechanical, electrical and civil elements of projects Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams Manage contracts, programmes, budgets and project risks Ensure projects are delivered in line with CDM and H&S requirements Travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas for supplier meetings and witness testing Where will you be doing it? You'll be joining an established international power generation business delivering low-carbon energy and battery storage solutions across the UK and overseas. The business specialises in technologies including reciprocating engine-based generation, CHP and renewable gas, with a strong focus on engineering quality, customer service and long-term sustainability. What will you need? 5+ years' experience managing and developing energy projects Strong technical knowledge of power generation and reciprocating engines Experience across mechanical, electrical and civil engineering projects Understanding of energy production and O&M operations Good knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety Experience with contract management and frameworks such as NEC, MF1, IChemE or FIDIC Competency using Microsoft Project (MPP) and Microsoft Office HNC/HND or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Full UK driving licence Hours: MondayThursday 8:30am5:00pm; Friday 8:30am4:00pm Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
