Backed by a robust balance sheet and a differentiated insurer + asset manager model, they're building serious momentum.They're now hiring an additional Director into their Origination & Execution team.This is a high-impact, front-line role:Originating and executing buy-ins, buyouts & alternative de-risking dealsStructuring complex transactions and leading trustee/adviser negotiationsDriving end-to-end deal delivery across pricing, investment, longevity, capital & legalHelping shape innovative solutions that stand out in a competitive marketLooking for commercially sharp PRT professionals with transaction experience - consultancy or insurer background welcome.
