Site Operations Manager

Alexander Steele is working in partnership with a leading chilled food manufacturing business. The organisation are now looking to appoint a Site Operations Manager, to join them on their next stage of growth.

Reporting into the Operations Director, the Ops Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of the business. This position requires a ‘hands on’ leader with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, effective supply chain management, and exceptional customer service delivery.

On Offer

• £90,000 - £100,000 annual salary.

• Proven experience in production / operations management within the chilled food manufacturing sector.
