Part-Time Assistant Catering Manager

An opportunity has arisen for the position of a part-time Assistant Catering Manager to work within the above location.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, the main duties and responsibilities will include the delivery of a high standard of catering provision including the preparation and cooking of food. You will be self-motivated with an excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and will support the Catering Manager to ensure performance targets and objectives are achieved.

In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of relevant paperwork, Pecos ordering and will assist the Catering Manager in the ongoing training and supervision of staff in all aspects of catering and in line with current legislation.
The total pay shown above (including allowances here applicable) is the current total pay for this post. Under the Council's new pay and grading Structure, due to be implemented from 4 April 2027, the total pay for this role is expected to increase to £28,579 - £30,094.25 (This will be pro-rated for part-time positions).
