Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel happy, confident, and supported.
*
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework.
*
Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
*
Acting as a key person, building trusting relationships with children and their families.
*
Supporting children's personal care, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
*
Promoting positive behaviour, independence, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
*
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and nursery practice.
*

*
Supporting the wider team and taking on room leadership responsibilities where appropriate.
The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification, demonstrate good knowledge of the EYFS and child development, and have strong communication and teamwork skills. We are looking for someone caring, patient, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
