We have an excellent opportunity for a Head of Planning to join VolkerFitzpatrick and lead the entire Planning function for a £700m business. This role will be based out of Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, with travel across the UK to sites, as required.

The successful candidate will lead and determine the strategic objectives of the Planning function, whilst ensuring a consistent and high-quality planning service is delivered.

About you

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications
Prior significant experience in a Senior Planning Management role
Excellent communicator
Team Player and Leader
Business & Commercial Awareness
Excellent knowledge and understanding of construction technology
