Job ID: 3675Salary: 65,000 Plus PackageLocation: LondonRegion: LondonMechanical Manager | 65,000 Plus Package | LondonA Mechanical Manager is required to work for a Main Contractor in London.The projects you will be overseeing are various commercial offices, education and super prime residential schemes all round London valuing up to 10m.This main contractor is well known in the construction industry for their impressive track record and their strong pipeline of work, this main contractor specialises in new build, fit-out, refurbishment schemes.ResponsibilitiesPre tender and bid support of all projects.Providing mechanical advice.Tender reviews and reconciliation.Procurement of all utility and sub-contractor companies.Management of the Mechanical design and build, utilities and sub-contractors.Advise on and implement strategic recommendations for improvementIdentify risks relating to the Building Services design.Manage all mechanical installations on-site.Provide full support to the design and site teams during delivery.Ideal candidate5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Manager.You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar building management qualification.Main contracting experience.Mechanically biased.M&E experience.New build and refurbishment experience.Can oversee the project.Seeing projects from inception to completion.CSCS Card.First Aid Certificate.Full driving licence.The rewards for working for this highly successful main contractor are, a car allowance, a great healthcare and one of the best pension available in the construction industry.If you are a Mechanical Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV.
