Demi Chef de Partie Needed for a 2-3 Rosette Kitchen - Near Evesham

Our amazing client, a very unique and stunning venue based outside Evesham, creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Demi Chef de Partie who can operationally lead their section. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will be part of a team of 9 chefs while reporting to an executive chef . This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.

Operational expertise in cooking within a multiple outlet venue with high value menus
Proven ability in fresh food kitchens
A passion for exceptional guest experiences
Excellent team player skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent
