Your responsibilities will include:
Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Identifying top talent through job adverts, referrals, networking and leading recruitment technology.

Managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to successful placement.

Developing new business opportunities with professional clients.

Negotiating offers and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Becoming a recognised specialist within your market.
