Key Details: Teaching Assistant ASAP Start Primary School £90-£105 per day (Depending on experience) Gloucester Full-Time (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) Term Time Only Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply) Your Role as a Teaching Assistant: Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students. Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment. Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation. Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed. What Academics are Looking For: A passion for education and working with children. Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to learning.
