Owen Daniels are supporting a leading Manufacturing business in recruiting for this exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Redditch.

Working closely with the Quality and Operations teams, the successful candidate will support quality assurance processes while also carrying out a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Quality team with daily QA activities
• Maintaining quality records and documentation accurately
• Assisting with internal audits and compliance processes
• Investigating and logging non-conformance issues
• Liaising with production teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Updating reports, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• General administration duties including filing, data entry, and document control
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
• Experience in a quality assurance, quality control, or production support role advantageous
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and progress
