Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00

We are recruiting on behalf of an established domiciliary care provider in Enfield for a dedicated, experienced and motivated Field Care Supervisor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and organised care professional with supervisory experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting care staff in the community.

Important: Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and own a reliable car, as this is a field-based role requiring travel across Enfield and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular supervisory visits, spot checks and quality monitoring visits to service users in their own homes.
• Supervise, support and mentor care workers to maintain high standards of care.
• Carry out service user assessments, care plan reviews and risk assessments.
• Monitor care delivery and ensure care plans are followed and updated as required.
• Identify changes in service users' needs and escalate concerns appropriately.
