As our next Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day customer service administrative tasks, including customer orders, deliveries and providing support to the wider team. Coordinate with internal departments including sales, purchasing and production to ensure smooth delivery Report and record customer complaints, delivery failures, and returned loads. Solid working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel. Administrative experience Understanding of financial decision-making. Proficient computer knowledge and skills with experience of ERP systems including forecasting, invoicing, and MS Office. Competitive salary and benefits package.
