Logistics Coordinate up to £28,000pa d.o.e, 9 to 12 month Fixed Term Contract, 30days holiday (pro rota), 8am till 4.30pm M-F, Parking, Training Due to continued company requirements a global manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join them. You will provide key and varied support to a busy logistics team: Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to meet production and customer requirements. Liaise with hauliers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations. Manage transport bookings and shipment schedules. Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records. Support production planning by ensuring materials are available as required. Track deliveries and proactively resolve any logistics issues or delays. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and compliance paperwork. Update ERP and logistics systems with accurate data. Produce reports and provide regular updates on shipment performance and stock levels. Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficienciesWe would expect the successful Logistics Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator and have friendly confident manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within logistics administration, transport administration, or warehouse administration position. You will be joining the Corby site of a company that ha been established for over 100 years, with an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Logistics Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
