Civil Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive / 3+ PQE / Surrey / £50,000 - £60,000 DOE – A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and busy litigation team handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters.

SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE



THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and expanding dispute resolution team based in Surrey.



The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters including neighbour disputes, employment-related disputes and general civil litigation work. This is a broad role offering exposure to a diverse range of contentious matters, although no personal injury work is involved.



Working closely with the Head of Department, you will become an integral part of a busy and growing team and will be expected to manage your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision.



THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least three years’ PQE and solid experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters.



The firm is seeking someone capable of hitting the ground running, with strong organisational skills, excellent client care abilities and a proactive, commercial approach to dispute resolution work. Candidates should be confident managing their own files and working directly with clients.

PACKAGE:

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE, hybrid flexibility, pension scheme, death in service benefit following probation, additional gifted leave over the Christmas period and parking available for fee earners.
