My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance. Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include: Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning. Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors Qualifications Required City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum 18th Edition With a great salary of £46,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time.
