Manufacturing Operator – BAE £17.41 per hour (PAYE) | 12-Month Contract | Shift Work We are currently recruiting for 3 Manufacturing Operators (2 additional headcount 1 replacement) to join a busy production environment at Radway Green .

Key Details Location: Radway Green Rate: £17.41 per hour (PAYE) Contract Length: 12 months Interview Process: 15-minute telephone interviews scheduled for Friday 5th June Clearance: Full CTC clearance required (subject to ITAR regulations) Shift Pattern This role operates on a rotating 3-week shift pattern : Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Late Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am Role Responsibilities Follow manufacturing instructions and guidance from the duty Team Leader Work with raw materials as part of the production process Support manufacturing and production activities to meet operational targets Maintain accurate records; use or learn systems such as SAP or other data capture tools Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment Experience & Skills Essential: Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow structured processes and instructions Desirable: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Exposure to SAP or similar data systems Qualifications No formal qualifications required If you're reliable, motivated, and keen to build experience in manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to get started. xwzovoh
