Current opportunities includeProject Controls ManagersIntegrated Project Controls Specialists Project Planning and SchedulingProject Risk ManagementProject Cost Control and Cost EngineeringProject Controls and performance analysisJunior and developing Project Controls positions for candidates with genuine hands-on experience in planning, risk or costMore experienced specialist and consultancy roles across different levelsDepending on your discipline, your experience could includeCreating, maintaining and analysing project schedulesBaseline management, Critical Path Analysis and change controlSchedule Risk Analysis and project performance assessmentIdentifying, assessing and managing project risks and opportunitiesFacilitating risk reviews and supporting quantitative risk analysisCost control, forecasting, EAC and variance analysisEarned Value Management and wider project performance reportingWorking with delivery teams and stakeholders in complex regulated project environmentsWhat we are looking forHands-on capability in at least 1 Project Controls disciplinePractical evidence of producing and using Project Controls information rather than simply reporting itExperience working within complex projects or programmesRelevant tool experience connected to real project activityStrong analytical skills and the ability to explain what project information means for deliveryDefence experience is particularly important for a number of the current opportunities.

Closely related backgrounds such as aerospace, maritime or nuclear may also be relevant depending on the role.These positions are not aimed at Project Managers or PMO professionals whose experience is primarily governance, coordination or reporting without hands-on Project Controls capability.Security requirementsApplicants must be British nationals and able to meet the relevant UK security clearance requirements.Dual nationals may be considered. Some opportunities require dual-national candidates to already hold current SC clearance so exact eligibility will depend on the individual role.LocationThe campaign is focused on Bristol but roles are also available in other areas of the southwest and South Wales. Salary40K to 75K, depending on the opportunity, discipline and level.Individual vacancies have their own salary bands so we can discuss which options best fit your experience and expectations.
