Service Coordinator

Job Role: Service Coordinator Location: Sheffield Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Metalis are currently working with a leading machinery manufacturer who are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. Job Duties: Manage and coordinate service breakdowns and maintenance requests Assess urgency and prioritise jobs accordingly Schedule and coordinate service technicians and external contractors Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service updates and job progress Maintain accurate records of jobs, service reports and customer information Handle general administrative duties related to service coordination Job Requirements: Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Confident using office systems, scheduling tools and email Salary & Shift: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV
