An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Assistant Headteacher to join a specialist SEN school based in Croydon. This is a key leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment dedicated to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
You will play a vital role in supporting the strategic direction of the school, leading on teaching and learning, and ensuring high standards of behaviour and engagement across the setting. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Headteacher in the day-to-day leadership of the school

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Proven leadership experience within a SEN or similar setting
