Part II Architectural Assistant

Job Overview A Part 2 Architectural Assistant is required to join a residential team within a large multi-sector architectural practice in Worthing. Suited to a RIBA Part II qualified professional with at least one year of post-Part II UK practice experience, the role focuses mainly on Stages 0 to 3 across residential developments, masterplans and site layouts. You will support senior team members with concepts, drawings, models and presentations while gaining practical project exposure. Role & Responsibilities * Develop design concepts, drawings, models and presentations * Support residential projects across Stages 0 to 3 * Research requirements and prepare accurate project information * Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients * Attend site visits and construction inspections Skills & Experience Required * RIBA Part II qualified * At least one year post-Part II UK practice experience * Residential project experience ideally at medium or large scale * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit * Strong design, communication and problem-solving skills Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary, dependent on experience * Enhanced maternity and paternity pay * Internal and external CPD and mentoring * Regular social events and European study trips * Employee Assistance Programme and eye care supplement About Hunter Dunning Hunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy established in 2004, focused on quality and long-term partnerships in the UK and Ireland property and construction market.
