We are now looking toadd a new Recruitment Consultantto the business to developnew non-driving work, expanding our offering beyond driving into complementary sectors.

This is adesk-building role, ideal for someone ambitious who wants ownership, progression, and real influence not just KPI box-ticking.

The Role Recruitment Consultant Youll be responsible for building and developing yourown recruitment desk using hot, warm & cold leads: Business Development Proactively winning new clients through outbound BD and relationship building Developing accounts within logistics, industrial, warehousing, or commercial sectors Identifying opportunities within existing Driver Hire client relationships Spending time in the local area seeing customers / potential customers face to face Candidate Management Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates Managing temporary, temp-to-perm and permanant placements Delivering a high-quality, compliant recruitment service Account Management Building long-term client partnerships Managing margins, pricing, and service delivery Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to clients What Were Looking For Were looking for someone whowants to build, not just service.

Ideally you will have: 13 years recruitment experience Proven interest or experience in business development Confidence picking up the phone and opening new doors Strong organisation and time-management skills A professional, resilient, and driven mindset Desirable (but not essential): Experience in logistics, industrial, or commercial recruitment Previous success building a desk or client base It is important that you know we are looking for the right person, you may not have the experience in this particular sector but if you are the right personality we can work with that also! What We Offer £27k £29.5k basic salary Uncapped gross-margin based bonus Bonus for taking oncall, once trained OTE £35k
- £38K for the successful person.
