We're seeking a Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer to join a growing technology team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a complex hybrid estate spanning on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and public cloud platforms.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in cloud transformation, platform automation, identity management and Microsoft 365 optimisation whilst helping shape a secure and scalable technology environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of core Microsoft platforms and services across both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring availability, security and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and optimising Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune
• Managing identity and access across Active Directory and Entra ID
• Designing and supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and on-premises environments
• Implementing and maintaining SSO, MFA and Conditional Access policies
• Supporting Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance initiatives
