Salary and Benefits Package: Competitive Salary: Paying up to £45,000 per annum. Overtime: Overtime rates paid after 40 hours. Company Vehicle : Fully equipped service van. Company phone. Ongoing training & development. Company pension scheme. 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays. This is a permanent full-time position. Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday overtime during busy / seasonal periods. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Agricultural Engineer to specialise in crop sprayer equipment, working with a well-respected company that values expertise, independence, and long-term career growth. You will Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults on specialist agricultural machinery. Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards. Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed. Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications: You will have / be Strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus. * Full training can be given to the right candidate.
