FCA Team Supervisor Up to £15.00 p/hour Monday to Friday Epsom Do you have experience of working within the Financial Services or Insurance sectors in a Sales role? We are seeking someone with supervisory / team leader experience to lead a team of 3-4 colleagues. This is an office-based position, and product training will be given to ensure that you and your team reach set targets from the Project Lead. As a group, you will be making outbound calls to existing business clients, to discuss the annual product and service enhancements available to them - this is not a cold calling position. * Start date is mid-late June 2026 * These roles will run through to mid-September 2026 (full commitment for this timeframe is essential) The Individual: * Excellent telephone manner * An interest in the Financial Services industry and / or sales * IT savvy * Committed and reliable Please only apply to this role if you live within a commute of Leatherhead or Epsom.
