Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in Watford for a Customer Service Representative (Sales Team). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team representing nationally recognised charities through face-to-face community outreach. This isn't a call centre or office-based customer service role. Instead, you'll meet members of the public in local communities, busy shopping areas, and residential neighbourhoods, helping to raise awareness of important causes while providing a professional and engaging customer experience. No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided. What You'll Be Doing * Representing nationally recognised charities through face-to-face community outreach * Speaking with members of the public in locations where people live, work, and shop * Raising awareness of charity campaigns, missions, and the difference they make * Building genuine relationships through positive, informative conversations * Helping supporters complete the registration process professionally and accurately * Working towards individual and team performance goals while delivering outstanding customer service What We're Looking For * Friendly, confident, and approachable individuals * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Comfortable working in a people-focused environment * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not essential Earnings & Benefits * Earnings (£600 - £650 per week) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period) * Full training and ongoing coaching * Supportive team environment * Performance-based progression opportunities Apply Today If you're ready to begin your career as a Customer Service Representative (Sales Team) and enjoy helping people while representing meaningful charity campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
