Salary: £32,000 per annum

Shifts: Days: 7am–7pm | Waking Nights: 7pm–7am (Required to do 1 a week)

Are you an experienced residential childcare professional ready to lead, inspire and make a real difference? We’re recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader to join a children’s home in Ashford, Surrey.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support children and young people to thrive while guiding staff, leading shifts and helping maintain excellent standards of care.

Working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home and deputise when required.

• Leading shifts and supporting, coaching and mentoring staff.
• Promoting children’s safety, wellbeing and development.
• Maintaining high standards in line with Ofsted requirements and Children’s Homes Regulations.
• Completing care plans, risk assessments and key-work sessions.
