Community and Engagement Lead

Community and Engagement Lead Newark, Full Time, Permanent £30,000 per annum. Our client, based in Newark, supports patients and their loved ones in North Nottinghamshire, providing compassionate and free-of-charge services. THE ROLE Your responsibilities as a Community and Engagement Lead will include: * Deliver a community engagement programme that inspires and engages with individuals, supporters, and community members. * Develop and steward long-term relationships with supporters. * Grow our supporter database and meet agreed KPIs each year. * Achieve income targets within set KPIs annually. THE CANDIDATE The ideal Community and Engagement Lead will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience: * Passion for community engagement and proven experience in similar roles. * Excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships. * A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
