Cover Supervisor

Looking for your next opportunity in education? Bright Star Talent is currently looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Anfield, Liverpool, starting this September. This role would suit someone who already has experience working in a school and is confident stepping into different classrooms, managing behaviour and keeping students focused when their usual teacher is unavailable. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and confident — someone who can walk into a classroom, build a positive relationship with students and make sure learning continues. What we're looking for: * Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school * Experience managing classrooms and maintaining good behaviour * Confident working with students across different year groups * Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver work effectively * Strong communication and organisation skills * A calm, professional and consistent approach * Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young people * A good understanding of safeguarding within a school environment Why Bright Star Talent?
