Production Operatives Needed - Skelmersdale (Immediate Start!) Location: Skelmersdale (Pimbo Road area) Ongoing Temporary Work | Full-Time Hours | Immediate Starts Available We are currently recruiting a number of Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing site in Skelmersdale. This is a great opportunity for individuals with production or packing experience who are looking for consistent, ongoing work in a busy environment. Pay Rates Day Shift: £12.96 per hour Shift Rate: £15.81 per hour Night Shift: £16.85 per hour Working Hours Main Shift (Predominantly Days): Monday to Thursday: 07:50 - 16:45 Friday: 07:50 - 12:10Please note: This role is predominantly day shifts; however, flexibility is required to work alternative shift patterns on occasion. (Afternoons and Lates) Additional Shift Patterns (when required): Mornings: Mon-Thurs 6:00 - 14:00 | Fri 6:00 - 12:00 Lates: Mon-Thurs 13:55 - 22:00 | Fri 13:00 - 16:35 What You'll Be Doing Operating production machinery and equipment Assembling and packing products to required standards Loading and unloading materials Working towards daily production targets Carrying out quality checks Supporting team members in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Previous production or packing experience is required Reliable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team player Comfortable working on your feet Ability to carry out manual handling tasks Basic computer skills (beneficial but not essential) Why Apply?
