Recruitment Advisor Bellshill | £17 - £20 per hour | Ongoing Temporary Role | 4 Days On-Site Brightwork are delighted to be supporting a key client and reputable employer as they look to add an experienced Recruitment Advisor to their team in Bellshill. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, initially from one month onwards, offering the chance to join a busy in-house recruitment function and take ownership of recruitment activity across a variety of roles. Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external recruitment partners, you will manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to successful appointment, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. The Role As Recruitment Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process across a range of vacancies Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing plans Proactively sourcing candidates through direct search, advertising and a range of online platforms Screening applications, conducting initial candidate assessments and producing high-quality shortlists Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process Supporting psychometric testing and other assessment activities where required Ensuring candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey Managing recruitment activity and candidate information through the ATS , ensuring records are accurate and up to date Producing recruitment reports and statistics to monitor activity and performance Managing interview and compliance documentation, including right to work checks, with an understanding of GDPR requirements Building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external recruitment partners Using market insight and innovative sourcing methods to increase direct applications and reduce reliance on agencies About You We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience or exceptionally strong administration skills, ideally gained within an in-house or fast-paced recruitment environment . You will be: Confident managing recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to offer Experienced in direct candidate sourcing and talent attraction Comfortable working closely with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice and guidance Familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities Knowledgeable around recruitment compliance, right to work and GDPR A confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels Passionate about delivering a great candidate experience This would be a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys a hands-on, end-to-end role and is comfortable balancing proactive candidate sourcing with hiring manager and stakeholder relationships.
