About the role

We are delighted to announce a unique opportunity to join our expanding HR Service Delivery team to support our future growth. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, this new role dedicated to Attendance and Performance will provide the chance to make a real impact.

What you will be doing?

To support the effective attendance and performance management of staff, ensuring cases are managed in line with organisational objectives, legislation and force policy.

Role Specific Tasks

  • Assist line managers with people related issues, including but not limited to attendance and performance, Regulation 12/13, reasonable adjustments, sick pay, recuperative duties, ill health retirement and Limited duties.
  • Be responsible for accurate record keeping within relevant force systems, ensuring information is retained and available in compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for formal processes, including liaison with HR Officers and Occupational Health.
