No.1 Project Manager - Main Contractor Our client is a long established main contractor, who have a long industry track record and impressive portfolio of projects to their name. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects. Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre No.1 Project Manager to join their team and lead a £60m residential new build in Clapham. The ideal candidate will already possess: * A minimum of 15+ years construction industry experience. * Previous experience as No.1 Project Manager. * Previous success in delivering large scale residential new build projects. * Main contractor or large scale developer experience. * Relevant industry qualifications. In return for the above, our client will offer a salary in the range of £100k-£110k, depending on experience.
