The role
As a Senior Associate / Director in Commercial Property, you’ll oversee a broad range of transactional work while playing a key role within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
- Advising clients on a range of commercial real estate matters
- Supporting development and funding-related property work
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients
- Supervising and supporting junior colleagues
- Contributing to strategic growth and business development initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who:
- Has extensive experience in commercial property at a senior level
- Is confident managing transactions and advising a varied client base
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Communicates clearly and builds lasting client relationships
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Has experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
