som saa is a Thai restaurant and bar near Spitalfields Market in East London. We cook regional Thai food using great British and Asian produce, drawing on traditional recipes, techniques and flavours from across Thailand.

We've received some brilliant recognition over the years, including 10/10 for food from The Guardian and 4th place in the National Restaurant Awards.

The role

We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

This is a great opportunity for a strong chef who wants to take the next step into kitchen leadership while developing a deeper understanding of Thai food.

Knowledge of Thai food is desirable but not essential. More important is that you're excited to learn, have strong cooking skills and enjoy working as part of a busy, ambitious kitchen team.

You'll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, helping to lead services, support and develop the team, maintain standards and contribute to menu development.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

• Strong, well-rounded chef skills and experience in a quality restaurant kitchen
• Experience at Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous level...
