Hiring: ServiceNow Integration Engineer

Location: London / Manchester, UK

Contract: Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineer to design and develop secure, scalable and compliant integrations across regulated European environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs
• Build real-time and event-driven integrations
• Develop reusable integration frameworks
• Implement secure data exchange aligned with GDPR requirements
• Support platform migration and modernization initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance

Mandatory Skills:

• 4-5+ years of ServiceNow Integration experience
• ServiceNow IntegrationHub
• REST/SOAP APIs
• MID Server
• OAuth, SAML, JWT
• JSON/XML
• Azure/AWS integration services
• Data mapping and transformation
• Experience with cloud, security, IAM, monitoring, HR and finance platforms
• Experience working in regulated European organizations
