You are a capable, experienced structural engineer who wants more say over the projects you work on, not just a heavier workload with the same level of input as before.

This is a London based structural engineering consultancy working across a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed use projects, with a collaborative culture where senior engineers are expected to lead, not just check other people's work. If you have hit a ceiling at your current firm where seniority means more responsibility but not more autonomy, this role is designed to give you both. You will lead your own projects from early design through to completion, work directly with clients and other disciplines, and take a mentoring role with less experienced engineers in the team.

There is a genuine route towards principal level for engineers who want to keep progressing, with support for chartership if you are not already chartered.

Salary is between 56,000 and 74,000, depending on experience.
