Housekeeper Cleaner

Core Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning:

Cleaning assigned areas such as classrooms, dormitories, staff rooms, offices, corridors, and toilets. Surface Maintenance:

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces and floors. Waste Management:

Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and safely. Stock Management:

Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or low cleaning supplies to the supervisor. Deep Cleaning:

Participating in intensive deep cleaning sessions during school holiday periods. Health & Safety:

Following strict health and safety guidelines, including the safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). Child Barred List Check:

You must not be barred from working with children. Having a current certificate on the

DBS Update Service

is a major advantage and will speed up your application. Housekeeping Experience:

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is highly desirable. Experience working in a school, hotel, or care home environment is especially valuable.
