About you: Degree in Building Surveying or a related field Relevant experience in social housing projects preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills Excellent communication abilities Proficient in CAD software and familiar with building regulations and health & safety standards Ability to work independently and collaboratively What you'll do: Manage social housing refurbishment schemes including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and external insulation Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project phases Prepare and monitor survey and works programmes Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance and standards Produce detailed reports on property xwzovoh conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements Provide technical advice on building regulations, planning, and safety Assist with project costs, valuations, and variations in collaboration with QS teams Support SHEQ functions and contribute to project handovers and defect management For further information on this exciting opportunity, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
