Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge , opposite Harrods . Inspired by the Amalfi Coast , Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience.

Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
Passion for fresh, high- xwzovoh quality ingredients
Strong understanding of food hygiene, H& S and allergens
Eager to learn and develop
Italian cuisine and/ or seafood experience is a plus
