Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Nottingham (NG11 2AF) £45,500 4 on 4 off | Days & Nights | 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established production facility in Nottingham. Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure maximum plant reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns across the site Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Fault find on electrical systems including motors, drives, control panels and PLC-controlled equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on production machinery Work on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics Support continuous improvement and reliability projects Complete maintenance records using the CMMS system Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures About You NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Completed engineering apprenticeship preferred Previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, production or automated environment Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Basic PLC fault-finding experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement What's on Offer? £45,500 salary 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights) Stable, long-term opportunity Modern automated manufacturing environment Training and development opportunities Supportive engineering team If you're a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a busy manufacturing operation where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
